PCM Wallet User Agreement and Terms of Service

This User Agreement provides you with the relevant provisions and terms for the registration, login, and usage process of PCM Wallet. These terms of use ("Terms," "Terms of Use," or "Agreement") contain the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the websites and products we offer. They constitute an agreement between us and you or the company and institution you represent. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using this website or product. By using this website, clicking a button or checkbox to accept or agree to these terms (if this option is available), clicking a button to use or access any product, completing an order, or otherwise accessing PCM Wallet services, you agree to these Terms. I. Introduction to PCM Wallet

PCM Wallet is a keyless login wallet that supports the ERC-4337 protocol. Users can easily complete registration and login using traditional Web2.0 methods. PCM Wallet is designed to provide the comfort of Web2 native users while also offering the decentralized guarantees of Web3, enabling users to enjoy a worry-free digital asset management experience.

II. Account Registration and Login

Registration: Users may register via email. During the registration process, you are required to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date personal information.
Login method: PCM Wallet adopts a keyless login method, allowing users to log in using traditional Web2.0 methods, simplifying the complexity of owning and managing a Web3 wallet. The registration and login process adhere to PCM Wallet's security mechanisms and user verification processes to ensure the security and privacy protection of user accounts.

It is your responsibility to safeguard your login information and take measures to ensure the security of your account.

III. PCM Wallet Functions

Payment Function: PCM Wallet supports the payment of PCM tokens and other mainstream currencies. Users can use these for consumption, payment, accounting, and asset storage on PiChain Global ecosystem platforms including PiChain Mall and NFT.ART trading platforms.

IV. PCM Tokens

Acquisition: Users can earn PCM tokens by participating in ecosystem development or using the ecosystem.
Usage: PCM tokens can be used for consumption in the ecosystem, including in the PiChain Mall, PiNFT ART, and other PiChain Global ecosystem modules for purchases, payment, and asset storage.

V. User Responsibilities

Account Security: It is the user's responsibility to protect the security of their account and not to disclose login information to others.
Legal Use: Users commit to complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using PCM Wallet, as well as the relevant provisions and user agreement of the PCM Wallet platform, and not to engage in illegal or non-compliant activities.

VI. Privacy Protection

Personal Information: PCM Wallet will protect users' personal information and will not disclose it to third parties without authorization.
Data Security: PCM Wallet will take reasonable measures to safeguard user data security and prevent data breaches and unauthorized access. For detailed information, please refer to the PCM Privacy Policy.

VII. Disclaimer

Service Interruption: Due to the particularities of the internet, we cannot guarantee that services will not be interrupted; the timeliness and security of services cannot be guaranteed either, and we do not assume responsibility for any service interruptions not caused by us.
Network Security: We strive to provide users with a secure network environment, but we do not guarantee that the website or its servers are free from viruses or other potentially harmful factors; therefore, users should use industry-recognized software to check and remove any viruses from files downloaded from our site.
User Information: We are not responsible for the preservation, modification, deletion, or storage failure of the information provided by users. We are also not responsible for user operational errors or negligence that were not caused intentionally by us. We reserve the right but have no obligation to improve or correct any omissions and errors in any part of the PCM platform.
Website Accuracy, Completeness, and Reliability: Unless we have explicitly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability of any content information obtained by the user through the PCM Wallet platform, including but not limited to advertisements, etc. We are also not responsible for any products, services, information, or materials that users buy or acquire through the content information on the site. Users assume the risk of using the information content of the PCM Wallet platform.
User Opinions: User comments published on the PCM Wallet platform only represent individual views of the users. This does not mean that PCM Wallet agrees with their views or confirms their descriptions. PCM platform does not assume any legal responsibility for any legal issues arising from user comments.
Announcements: For all notices sent to users, we will deliver them through official page announcements, site messages, emails, customer service phone numbers, mobile text messages, or regular mail. We do not assume legal responsibility for any winnings, promotions, or other activity or information obtained through other channels.
Fees, Charges, Transactions, and Other Costs: We reserve the right to adjust recharge, fees, transactions, and other costs according to market conditions and have the right to terminate any promotional activity in advance.
Third-Party DApps: PCM Wallet is not responsible for the security and legality of third-party DApps. Users assume the risk of using third-party DApps themselves. Third-party content and services are provided solely for your convenience. We do not verify, curate or control third-party content. Therefore, we neither guarantee, endorse, nor recommend such content or services to any or all users of the product, nor guarantee its use for any specific purpose. You bear the risk of accessing, relying on, or using any third-party content or services. Using third-party services is your own choice, and we reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, disable, or impose access restrictions or limits on the use of any third-party services at any time. PCM Wallet will make reasonable efforts to take security measures to protect user data and privacy, but users should understand the characteristics of the internet and the risks associated with using PCM Wallet are borne by the users themselves.

VIII. Agreement Modification and Termination

Right to Modify: PCM Wallet reserves the right to modify this User Agreement as needed and make it public on the PCM Wallet platform. Users should stay informed and comply with the modified agreement. PCM Wallet platform reserves the right to modify or replace any part of this Agreement or any policy at its sole discretion. You are responsible for regularly checking for changes to this Agreement, but we will also convey any significant changes to the Agreement through website announcements, email (if you have an account), or public channels. Continuing to use or access the product after posting any changes to the Agreement implies that you accept these changes, regardless of whether you are checking for changes or have actually read them. If you disagree with the modified agreement, you may choose to terminate the use of PCM Wallet services.
Right to Terminate: Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to change, interrupt, or terminate the services provided to you at our sole discretion without further notice, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

If the personal information you provide is not true, complete, accurate, or inconsistent with the information provided during registration, and you have failed to provide reasonable proof (please note that according to applicable laws and regulations, you should submit true, complete, and accurate information);
If you violate any applicable laws and regulations;
If you/your account violates any terms or conditions of these terms, any other policy, rules, provisions, user agreement, or procedures of PCM Wallet;
If required by provisions of any applicable laws or regulations, or requests from authorized institutions;
If we decide for security reasons, or other necessary circumstances, to protect your account and prevent unauthorized access, etc. PCM Wallet reserves the right to terminate or suspend part or all services as needed without prior notice to users.

IX. Other Terms

Complete Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between users and PCM Wallet, replacing all prior oral or written agreements.
Applicable Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and any disputes should be submitted for negotiation. If negotiation fails, it should be submitted to a court with jurisdiction for resolution.

Please read and understand all the terms and provisions of this User Agreement carefully before using PCM Wallet. If you agree and comply with this User Agreement, it is considered that you recognize the relevant provisions of PCM Wallet and are willing to follow the usage norms of the PCM Wallet platform.
